Open Days at Culinary Arts Academy

Visit our Le Bouveret campus to explore programs from Swiss Diplomas to Master’s, experience student life, meet faculty and students, go behind the scenes in our kitchens, and enjoy stunning Lake Geneva views.

Program

  • Participate in a guided campus tour from behind-the scenes of our kitchen facilities to an exclusive visit to unique Mosimann Collection of culinary artifacts from renown chef Anton Mosimann
  • Attend the interactive presentation of the academy,  philosophy, and  programs  offered
  • Participate in a surprise workshop (upon availability)
  • Personalized counselling session to help you plan your next academic steps.
  • Enjoy lunch in our restaurant, prepared and served by our students.

Helpful details

  • Participation in the Open Day is free of charge and without obligation.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to participate.
  • We allow a maximum of 3 guests per party (one candidate plus 1 or 2 family members).
  • Accommodation on campus can be offered for 1 night
  • After registering, please wait for our confirmation before reserving your flight/trip.
  • Registration deadline: 1 week prior to the event (and subject to availability)
