ประสบการ์ณเรื่องของโรงแรมเป็นศูนย์ก่อนที่จะได้มาเจอ Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) เมื่อก่อนไม่เคยได้รู้เลยว่าตัวเองถนัดอะไร ชอบอะไร หรือทำอะไรดี ตอนนี้เป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปีที่บริหารกิจการโรงแรมของครอบครัวด้วยตัวเองให้ผ่านพ้นวิกฤตมาได้ การที่ได้มาเรียนที่ SHMS ค่อยข้างจะเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเราในหลายๆ ด้าน ทั้งทัศนคติและความรู้ความสามารถ ต้องบอกก่อนเลยว่าชีวิตใน SHMS ไม่ได้แค่เรียนเท่านั้น แต่มันคือประสบการณ์ ที่พัฒนา และก้าวหน้า ไปพร้อมๆ กัน รายวิชาที่เรียนค่อนข้างที่จะตอบโจทย์ของการนำมาใช้ในชีวิตการทำงานจริง ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานจนถึงขั้นบริหาร โดยที่ตัวเราเองก็พึ่งรู้ว่า ความรู้ความสามารถมันถูกสะสมมาเรื่อยๆ จาก SHMS และความรู้ที่ได้มันถูกนำมาใช้งานจริงๆ ตลอดถึง Connection ต่างๆ ทั่วโลก และการฝึกงานในประเทศต่างๆ อย่างเช่นตัวแคทได้ฝึก In House F&B Supervisor ที่ SHMS, Switzerland และ In room Dining, The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Japan. มันเป็นประสบการ์ณที่หาไม่ได้จากที่ไหน ภูมิใจและรู้สึกตัดสินใจถูกต้องที่มาเรียนต่อที่ […]
